Samsung began sending sample 32GB model for DDR3 memory module. Memory is an advanced targeting the server market.
Using high-density DDR3 monilithic, with kerapatan40nm. 4GB DDR3 chip built to create a 32GB memory module.
With motherboard for dual CPU or two way server. Memory can be installed up to 384GB. Or paired up to 192GB per server. Saving power on the part of memory can be saved up to 5% compared to the use of 16GB of memory.
